Research Interests
My research aims to better understand how climate change affects zooplankton, ichthyoplankton and fishes in Arctic seas, their interactions, and how these disturbances impact the ecosystem as a whole. My research program combine several disciplines and knowledge systems (Inuit knowledge, natural sciences, social sciences, participatory science) and aims to better predict the response of Arctic marine ecosystems to climate change. In collaboration with communities, my team seeks to understand how climate change is affecting Arctic marine ecosystems, and to anticipate how future changes will transform lifestyles in Inuit Nunaat.
